Do you have a Loyalty Rewards Program?
Yes! We offer 'MORAL FIBRE' rewards Dollars. For every purchase you earn 2% of your purchase in rewards dollars - trust me this adds up quickly!

Gift Vouchers
Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
They can be used instore or for online purchases.
Unused balances after the 12 month period will not be refunded.
Moral Fibre is not responsible if the gift card is used without permission, lost, stolen or altered.
By purchasing our gift cards you agree to these terms and conditions.

What types of clothes are accepted for sale on behalf?
We accept all clean and undamaged Woman's clothing, Accessories and Shoes.
We can't except from chainstores at this time, eg: Glassons, Max. However if you want to donate to charity we can sell these items on our Charity rack, all profits go to charity. We do not accept underwear due to hygeine
Do you offer a courier pick-up service?
Yes! We can arrange a courier pick-up from your choosen Auckland address. We will need to know parcel measurments and weight, we will then email you a courier page that needs to be attached to your parcel of consignment items.
If you are unsure please email or call us sales@moralfibre.co.nz 09 2133000. the courier charge will be automatically deducted from your commission account, so no fees payable up front.
When will I receive payment?
We do not purchase garments when you drop them off, it is consignment only which means payments are made only when items are sold.
Payments will be paid out at your request by Bank transfer to your nomintaed account, we will need this information in writing via email.
Your items will be on the floor for 6 weeks. Discounted items may vary from 25-50% on our discretion.
Can I pick up my unsold items?
Yes you can, but you will need to arrange this with us prior to pick up - you will need to personally locate these items on the shop floor.
What happens if I don't pick up my unsold items?
Any items not collected within 7 business days of being notified by us will be donated to our nomiated charities The Aunties.
