REFUNDS AND PURCHASE

As our items are sold on behalf of a consignor, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, or conditions. We take care to describe and present all items as accurately as possible, but please note that preloved items often show minor signs of wear.
Not everything is perfect <3 As we sell second hand items at Moral Fibre, not all items in store will be in new condition, all or any damages to our knowledge are considered when pricing an item

PRICING

Items sold at Moral Fibre are at a fair price for consignors and a fair price for customers.
Everything is priced considering factors such as : damage, age of garment, demand, brands, fabrics etc.

We are always open to receiving tips, and are here to answer questions if customers are not satisfied with how items are priced :)

CLICK & COLLECT

Select the Click & Collect option at checkout to pick up from our Ponsonby Store. We will email you when your order is ready to collect.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes we can send Internationally - for a shipping price please email us directly sales@moralfibre.co.nz and we can quote ASAP
